Job Description
Baristas help perform all tasks necessary to run the Cafe, which operates as a full-service restaurant with full food menu providing customer facing service and educational experience.
• Open: Prep, cleaning, dial in coffees
• Take orders, prep drinks
• Prepare coffee and tea drinks
• Dishes
• Cleaning
• Customer service: including knowledge of our current coffee lineup and general business updates
• Close: count out register, clean, lock up
Qualifications
• One to three years experience in the restaurant business.
• Barista Experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic PC Software Experience (ie: Point of Sale, Docs, Excel, Sheets, Slack)
