Job Title: Child Respite Companion Job Location: Kronenwetter, WI Pay: $14.13/hr Hours: 5p-7p Monday thru Friday (occasional weekends) Child Respite Companion We are looking for an active, playful respite companion with the ability to incorporate daily living skills to spend time with an energetic, musically talented young child. This position would be ideal for someone who has free time in the afternoons and occasional weekends that wants to make a positive impact in the life of a child. Role Focus: • Playing outside • Providing a safe space while supporting inquisitive interaction • Being an adaptive, funny encourager About Him: • Enjoys playing in the backyard • Loves the color orange • Big on playing with cars • Enjoys his iPad • Loves swimming • Plays the piano! What Works Best: • Calm, patient approach • Ability to make learning fun • Someone who enjoys staying active and engaged Ideal Candidate: • Flexible, patient, and dependable • Strong communicator • Fun, active, and creative • Experience with children with Autism is a plus This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to build a meaningful connection, support a child’s growth, and be a positive part of their world. *If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record.
