Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Store Maintenance & Operations: Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and well-organized for both customers and staff. Clean and sanitize workstations, counters, door handles, and frequently used items like phones, credit card machines, and signature pads. Regularly clean the breakroom and vacuum rugs, entry mats, and other designated areas. Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste. Stocking & Organization: Ensure shopping bags, receipt paper, and barcode labels are readily available at all registers and workstations. Organize and restock clothing returns and merchandise, keeping displays neat and visually appealing. Straighten and organize customer pick-up orders for easy retrieval. Maintain orderliness of hangers, clothing racks, and overall store appearance. Regularly clean store walkways using a Swiffer to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
Required Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Positive and professional attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
