WCIA is currently hiring Field Inspectors for the 2026 summer crop season. These positions are ideal for students with an interest in agriculture, biology, environmental science, or anyone who enjoys outdoor work and flexible scheduling.
The position involves traveling to seed production fields, collecting data on field development, and working with local seed producers and WCIA staff to help ensure high-quality seed production. Most work for the Stevens Point area would involve driving approximately 35 minutes south of Stevens Point. Inspectors are compensated for mileage at 72.5¢ per mile in addition to hourly pay.
