This class brings a HIIT element into a pilates class. You will go through a variety of full-body training exercises for an increased fat burn. Be ready to sweat!

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced athletes! A great class to strengthen your core in a fun motivating way!

Check in at the FitRec Desk at DAWG Fitness. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass.

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee.
