Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals. Mat Pilates lengthens and strengthens for a strong, lean physique.

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced athletes! A great class to strengthen your core in a fun motivating way!

Check in at the FitRec Desk at DAWG Fitness. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass.

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee.
