Details

This class focuses on toning and strengthening your total body with a variety of movements. Becca will walk you through a series of exercise focusing on your upper body, lower body, and core to give you a full body workout! A combination of pilates and strength training with high reps and lower weight.

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced athletes! A great class to learn some new moves and meet some new people!

Check in at the FItRec Desk at DAWG Fitness. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass.

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee
