Details

This is a Vinyasa style of yoga that adds a little more intensity than a regular yoga class. Strength yoga focuses on building muscular strength and endurance using a meditative approach.

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced yogis! A great class to relax you mid week!

Check in at the FitRec desk at DAWG Fitness. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass. Class limit is 25.

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee.
