Details

This dance fitness class incorporates fun dance movements and light body weight training for an excellent full body cardio workout. Music varies between pop, hip hop, and popular dance music.

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced dancers! A great class to learn some new moves and meet some new people!

Check in at the FitRec Desk at DAWG Fitness. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass.

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee.
