Intense core and upper body workout. Focuses on working the abs, shoulders, and arms using weights or your own body weight. This class is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your core and upper body.

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced athletes! A great class to try some new exercises in a fun group setting!

Check in at the FitRec Desk at DAWG Fitness. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass. Class limit is 25

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee.
