NOTICE: Our hour of pick up/drop off are 9 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. MONDAY, 9 a.m. through 4 p.m. TUESDAY, 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. WEDNESDAY, and 2 p.m through 5 p.m. THURSDAY. (These hours may fluctuate based on office hour availability). You must request if you need them at a different time, but you are not guaranteed this accommodation.

I understand that I or my organization will be responsible for any damages to said equipment, or for its replacement if it is lost or broken beyond repair.
