The UWSP chapter of the Soil and Water Conservation Society of America provides a space for students to develop an awareness of soil and water conservation issues, employment opportunities/possibilities, and chapter activities. SWCS establishes a common meeting ground for those concerned with soil and water conservation and provides exposure to career professionals, field experiences, and land conservation ideas.
