Baldwin Hall is one of 13 residence hall communities at UWSP. It is located in the South Debot Quad and is home to new, returning, and transfer students.

Women and men are housed in a "scattered" room configuration; restroom facilities are available on each floor for men and women (restrooms are single-sexed.) Gender neutral bathrooms are available in the lower level.

Baldwin Hall was renovated in summer 2008.

The first and second floors are alcohol-free. On these two floors, individuals commit to neither possessing nor consuming alcohol.

Hyer Hall is a traditional-style residence hall that is located south of main campus and is conveniently situated between Main Street and Clark Street. Hyer Hall is within walking distance of Old Main and student parking lot W.
Hyer Hall is available to students who are 21 years of age or older prior to the start of the semester. All genders are housed in a "scattered" room configuration; with restroom facilities assigned as men on first and fourth, and women on second and third, and all-gender restrooms in the basement. Students will have a single room occupancy and can choose to opt out of a meal plan.

Knutzen Hall is one of the 13 residence hall communities on the UWSP main campus. It is located in the North Debot Quad and is home to new, returning, and transfer students.

The hall has men and women assigned in a "scattered" room configuration; restroom facilities are available on each floor for men and women (restrooms are single-sexed.) As of Fall 2020, 2nd floor has an all gender restroom (with showers) available in addition to the 2 all gender restrooms in the basement (no shower).

Knutzen Hall was renovated in summer 2013.

May Roach Hall is located on the Allen side of the residence hall complex.

Students are housed in a "scattered" room configuration; bathroom facilities are available on each floor for men and women (bathrooms are single-sexed.) Second floor has an all-gender bathroom.

May Roach offers alcohol-free communities on fourth floor.

Neale Hall is one of the 13 residence hall communities at UWSP. It is located in the South DeBot Quad and it is home to new, returning, and transfer students. Neale Hall is also home to the Athletics Community. More information regarding this community can be found at www.uwsp.edu/housing.

The hall has residents assigned in a "scattered" room configuration; restroom facilities are available on each floor for men and women (restrooms are single-gendered.) There are gender-neutral bathrooms in the basement.

Pray-Sims Hall is actually two residence halls joined by an elevator and lobby area. Sims Hall houses female-identifying rooms while Pray Hall houses male-identifying rooms

Steiner Hall is one of the 13 residence hall communities at UWSP. It is located in the South DeBot Quad and is proud to be called home by new, returning, and transfer students. Steiner is also the home of the IDEA Community. More information regarding this community can be found at www.uwsp.edu/housing.

Since 2023, Steiner Hall now proudly hosts SHAAPE, or the Steiner Hall Alcohol Awareness Programming and Events. This is an offshoot of the previous fundraising efforts put on by Steiner Hall since 1981, all of which is considered a Steiner Hall tradition dedicated to raising awareness regarding safe alcohol use.

The hall houses all genders in a "scattered" room configuration. The second floor restrooms are designated as all-gender, meaning anyone can use this restroom regardless of gender; other restrooms are single-sexed.

Watson Hall is a traditional-style residence hall that is located near the DeBot Dining Center as well as the businesses on Division Street. Watson Hall is within walking distance of Schmeeckle Reserve. Students are housed in a "scattered" room configuration; with restroom facilities available on each floor (restrooms are single-sexed, with a gender-inclusive bathroom on the second floor).
