Details

An excellent lower-body and cardiovascular workout using a self-selected amount of resistance. This workout will take you through various movements; hill climbs, flat roads, and sprints to mimic an outdoor ride.

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced cyclists! A great class to build strength and endurance while having fun!

Check in at the Allen Fitness Center. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass.

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee.
