Details

Intense core workout. Focuses on working the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using weights or your own body weight. This class is designed to strengthen your core and lower body.

This class welcomes everyone from beginners to advanced athletes! A great class to try some new exercises in a fun group setting!

Check in at the Allen Fitness Center. Passes will be available 15 minutes prior to class. You will not be able to participate without a pass.

Free for all UWSP students. Faculty and staff are welcome with an additional fee.
